HOMESTAY FAMILIES & AGENTS
Hosting international students can be a very rewarding experience. It gives families the opportunity to share and learn about other cultures and explore the world through another perspective.
Please note that in order to become a host family, all members of the household aged 18 years or older will need to consent to a Police vetting check. Families will also be visited in their home by Tawa Intermediate School representatives who will complete an assessment of the residence and its capacity to host international students. There is a financial remuneration package for hosting international students.
